Head of Sabo Technical Center is the highest authority responsible for supervising and evaluating laboratory's management and activities, ensuring the effective operation with the SNI ISO/IEC 17025:2017 standard.

1. Ensure communication regarding the effectiveness of the management system and the importance of meeting customer and other requirements, through the dissemination of the Laboratory Management System;

2. Ensure the management system integrity is maintained whenever changes are planned and implemented, by reviewing these changes for conformity with ISO/IEC 17025:2017;

3. Ensure impartiality and confidentiality;

4. Provide recources for the implementation of laboratory activities..

1. Establish and approve Quality Policy, Quality Manual, and SOPs for the implementation of laboratory activities;

2. Delegation his/her duties and responsibilities to the Head of The Division of General Affairs and Administration or other designated personnel in the event of his/her absence.
